• Communication records: messages with Concierge, support tickets

• Manage your membership and access to Playground spaces
• Facilitate introductions and connections through Concierge

• Improve the Playground experience and maintain community standards

Your information is shared only when necessary:

• Within Playground: Your profile information is visible to other members according to your privacy settings. Concierge and Home Leaders may access information needed to facilitate introductions and manage events.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Airwallex), email delivery (Resend), and SMS notifications (Twilio). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of Playground, its members, or the public.

The Rolodex is a curated member directory designed to facilitate meaningful connection. Your profile visibility can be controlled through your profile settings:

• Public: Visible to all Playground members
• Members Only: Visible only to active Playground members
• Private: Not visible in the Rolodex

Administrators may adjust Rolodex visibility to maintain directory quality.

We take the security of your information seriously. Our platform uses industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

However, no system is completely secure. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Update or correct your information through your profile
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Control your profile visibility and notification preferences
