Our Manifesto
These are the ideals that underpin the Playground community.
Written by Kim Allison, Co-Founder.
Connection in place of transaction.
It's about the relationships we cultivate.
A rising tide lifts all ships.
Community over competition.
Lead with generosity.
Give first. Ideas, introductions, time, energy.
Leave it better.
Every room, every conversation, every interaction.
Listen, and show up as yourself.
