Host Application

Hosting Playground Social is a position of trust.

You're opening your space to the community. You're welcoming people in, setting the tone for the evening, and making sure everyone feels like they belong in the room. That matters to us, and we take it seriously.

What hosting looks like

You open the doors. You welcome the room. You give a brief hello at 7:45pm. About three minutes, no selling, no announcements. Then you let the evening be what it's going to be. There are no pitches, no panels, no presentations. The best hosts are the ones who make the room feel easy to be in.

How we choose hosts

We look at your space, your energy, and whether it's the right fit for a Playground Social. The venue needs to work for the group. The person needs to understand what the evening is about. We make hosting decisions eight to twelve weeks out so there's time to get it right.
